We're giving one lucky customer a PlayStation 5 this Christmas! To be in with a chance of winning; here is what you need to do:

1. Place an order either in-store (Mrs. A's or Izzi's, Church St, Eccles) or online via our own online ordering platform from Oct 1st 2021 to the value of at least £20 (Deliveroo, UberEats, Shocal & JustEat orders are not eligible).

2. Each time you place an eligible order, fill out the below form and upload either a photo or screenshot of your receipt/order confirmation. EACH ORDER TO THE VALUE OF AT LEAST £20 CAN BE SUBMITTED AS A UNIQUE ENTRY - there is no limit to how many entries one person can have.
